			<description>When you are training or facilitating, it's pretty standard to kick the session off with an engaging icebreaker or energizing activity. As a trainer though, relying on the same activity can get pretty boring. 

I try to re-tool activities to fit the group that I am working with, and so am constantly looking for new material.
